“VDC” does not endorse any logos, information, documents, videos, names, images, or artworks on this website/platform whether they be sourced by “VDC” or provided by our Exhibitors/Advertisers, or any third party.

Images on the “VDC” website/platform are for illustrative purposes and have been used to create a virtual environment of which is non-existent in the physical world. Some of the images/music/videos used on the “VDC” website/platform are sourced under the creative commons licence and where required have been attributed – see Attribution page. “VDC” may without notification make changes to the Virtual Display Centre website/platform from time to time to introduce new Exhibitors/Advertisers, introduce additional sections, improve functionality, and address any security issues. When we make these changes the website/platform may be seen in maintenance mode.

“VDC” retains all rights to the Virtual Display Centre Platform and related rights to its intellectual property, including all copyright, trademarks, and know-how.

DISCLAIMER: Virtual Display Centre uses open-source software and relies on the functionality of third-party software and although great care is taken to continuously enhance the “VDC” website/platform and construct each individual digital interactive Virtual Display Suite, functionality and/or look may differ on various browsers and devices. You warrant that “VDC” will NOT be liable in any event for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from the use or in connection with any use or loss, due to the use of the site. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virtual Display Centre, its Directors, Contractors and Employees against any claims of loss or damage from any party whatsoever who accesses the digital interactive Virtual Display Suites, the contents therein, or any claims of loss or damage arising from use of this website/platform, downloads, interactions, information, or any content on the Virtual Display Centre website/platform.

EXHIBITORS/ADVERTISER AGREEMENT

“VDC” offers Exhibitors/Advertisers a digital interactive Virtual Display Suite by licence agreement to promote their products and services on the “VDC” website/platform.

“VDC” provides Exhibitors/Advertisers a 12-month licence for use of the digital interactive Virtual Display Suite activated on the “VDC” website/platform upon payment of fee.

Activation means when the digital interactive Virtual Display Suite is made visible on the “VDC” website/platform. The 12-month licence period commences on the date of activation and ends three hundred and sixty-five [365] days thereafter inclusive of the commencement date.

Whereby any marketing collateral indicates "*any...category is welcome", "VDC" reserves the right to accept or decline any category submitted for each Level of the Virtual Display Centre. "VDC" will consider *any category submitted so long as it is not offensive or likely to offend and is deemed appropriate.

Licence Restrictions: Exhibitors/Advertisers SHALL NOT, distribute, copy, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, modify, or otherwise create derivative works of the digital interactive Virtual Display Suites or use or mirror any part of the digital interactive Virtual Display Suite in part or in whole, in forward or in tort in any electronic or physical form. Use of the digital interactive Virtual Display Suite is solely by way of the Virtual Display Centre website/platform except under expressed written permission provided by Virtual Display Centre.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF A DIGITAL INTERACTIVE VIRTUAL DISPLAY SUITE PURCHASE

1. Virtual Display Centre offers three [3] digital interactive Virtual Display Suites for Exhibitors/Advertisers to promote products and/or services on the Virtual Display Centre website/platform.
2. Payment for your selected digital interactive Virtual Display Suite is accepted via PayPal or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) by requesting an Invoice.
3. Once your digital interactive Virtual Display Suite is activated and visible on the “VDC” website/platform, the design and construction works are deemed to be complete.
4. If the functionality of your digital interactive Virtual Display Suite differs from similar suites or as was intended, we will endeavour to fix the issue, if we cannot fix the issue, we may provide you with an alternate digital interactive Virtual Display Suite. Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind, find it cheaper elsewhere, decide you do not like the purchase or have no use for it.
5. When you purchase a digital interactive Virtual Display Suite, we will appoint an Account Manager to liaise with you and build your digital interactive Virtual Display Suite.
6. Construction of your digital interactive Virtual Display Suite may take up to seven [7] to ten [10] business days to complete once you have provided all the information/digital files required.
7. When you purchase a digital interactive Virtual Display Suite:-

• • you agree to provide the information/digital files required to construct your suite.
  • warrant you are the copyright owner or have written authorisation by the copyright owner, to use, forward or submit any of the information/digital files to Virtual Display Centre and permit Virtual Display Centre to promote the information/digital files on the Virtual Display Centre website/platform, social media platforms and marketing collateral.
  • will not provide any offensive information/digital files.
  • you agree to provide a promotional offer for your digital interactive Virtual Display Suite and permit Virtual Display Centre to promote your promotional offer via its website/platform, social media platforms and marketing collateral. In addition, if you are an EXPO participant, you agree to provide an EXPO exclusive promotional offer for your digital interactive Virtual Display Suite and permit Virtual Display Centre to promote your EXPO exclusive promotional offer via its website/platform, social media platforms and marketing collateral.

8. *Early bird offer – upgrade promo offers the “ULTRA” digital interactive Virtual Display Suite for a discounted price as shown on the order page and includes Pre EXPO activation. Offer commences 1^st May 2021 ends 30^th December 2021.
9. *Bonus offer – showcases your digital interactive Virtual Display Suite at the June 2022 Virtual Display Centre EXPO at no extra cost. Offer commences 1^st May 2021 ends 30^th December 2021.
